We serve participants in Sacramento, Woodland, Davis, Rancho Cordova, and Roseville and are growing fast. Job Description

The Program Manager oversees the services of our program’s participants and leads a team of Employment Counselors to deliver the best services possible to our participants. We have a highly collaborative environment with managers interacting with each other, their team, and Employment Counselors across the company everyday. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills who gets excited by our vision and the idea of managing a team.

 

General Duties/Responsibilities

  • Hold 1:1’s with your staff

  • Lead a group focused on resource development and develop resources for your team

  • Help troubleshoot challenges with your team 

  • Support someone struggling with a behavior

  • Host a meet and greet for a potential client and their support staff

  • Interview potential Employment Counselors 

  • Meet with your manager or the management team 

  • Talk with an employer 

  • Handle administrative tasks

  • Onboard new staff members 

  • Provide weekly trainings 

  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 2 or more years management experience

  • A college degree

  • Clean driving record (no major violations)

  • Car Insurance

  • Clean background check

  • A reliable car

  • Experience in human services preferred

  • Completion of the Job Assessments

Important Details

  • $63,000/yr to start

  • Generous PTO

  • Paid sick days 

  • Paid holidays

  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • Mileage reimbursement $0.65/mi

  • Health care stipend
